Clinical Commander provides reference material, calculators, reasoning aids, and workflow support. It does not replace clinician judgment, local policy, emergency care, or independent verification of medication, dosing, contraindication, and guideline details.

• Use the platform only within the access level and organization context assigned to you.
• Verify outputs before using them in care, documentation, education, or operations.
• Do not enter real PHI into local development or preview deployments.

Clinical content, citations, calculators, and pathway behavior can change as evidence and implementation details are reviewed. Remaining clinical-content risks should be documented rather than hidden.
